Production usually takes 5 to 7 days, then courier delivery takes another 1 to 2 days.
Surfaces are stiff, board-like backdrops with a natural realistic texture. They are waterproof, durable, and ideal for product photography involving liquids or messy setups.
Canvas backdrops are rollable, flexible backdrops made from canvas fabric with a fabric-texture finish. They are not waterproof, which makes them better suited for dry setups or portrait photography.
We typically take 5 to 7 days to create your backdrops.
Delivery through our courier partner usually takes an additional 1 to 2 days, so the full timeline is generally 7 to 9 days.

Surfaces: 1.5ft x 1ft, 2ft x 1.5ft, 2ft x 2ft, 3ft x 2ft, 3ft x 3ft, 4ft x 3ft.
Canvas Backdrops: 3ft x 2ft, 4ft x 3ft, 6ft x 4ft, 7ft x 5ft, 10ft x 5ft.
Surfaces use a 6 to 8 mm MDF base. Texture and design are built using plasters, emulsion acrylic paints, and additional crafting materials depending on the finish.
Each surface is coated with a matte polyblane layer to make it waterproof and more durable.
Canvas backdrops are created using canvas fabric and paints.
Courier Service: We use Domex Express Courier Service, which usually delivers within 1 to 2 days after dispatch.
Pick-Up: Orders can be arranged for collection from Yakkala in the Gampaha district.
PickMe Flash: We can also arrange delivery through PickMe Flash from Yakkala for faster local delivery.
Courier charges are calculated based on the total package weight, which depends on the size and number of backdrops in your order. The checkout will calculate this automatically.
For PickMe Flash, the delivery charge depends on the distance from Yakkala to the destination. Contact us before placing your order if you want a delivery estimate for this option.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the order is damaged during delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, inform us within 24 hours of receiving it and send photo evidence so we can verify the issue.
Once confirmed, we will arrange the return and replace the backdrop with the same design. We will cover the replacement delivery cost.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
