 • Canvas Backdrops are made from canvas fabric material, these are rollable and flexible backdrops with a fabric texture finish. Unlike surfaces, canvas backdrops are not waterproof, making them perfect for dry setups or portrait photography Check out Rataa Canvas Backdrops

We typically take 5 to 7 days to create your backdrops.

Delivery is handled by a third-party courier service, which usually takes additional 1 to 2 days.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 9 days.

Surfaces

• we use an Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) base that is 6 to 8 mm thick.
• Texture and design are created using a combination of plasters, emulsion acrylic paints, and various crafting materials depending on the specific design.
• To ensure durability and water resistance, each surface is coated with a matte polythene layer, making it waterproof.

1. Courier Service: We use Domex Express Courier Service, which typically delivers orders within 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

2. Pick-Up Option: We can arrange to pick up your order from Yakkala (Gampaha district).

3. PickMe Flash: For a quicker delivery option, we can arrange delivery through PickMe Flash from Yakkala.

• Delivery rate through Courier Service is calculated based on the weight of the package. The size and number of backdrops in your order determine the package’s weight, so the delivery charge may vary depending on your specific order.

         The delivery cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

• For delivery via PickMe Flash, the delivery charge is calculated based on the distance from Yakkala to the delivery location. If you’d like us to arrange delivery through PickMe Flash, please contact us before placing your order to get an estimate of the delivery rates.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons other than damage during delivery. If your package is damaged during delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it, along with photo evidence of the damage.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the package to be returned to us and replaced with a new backdrop of the same design. The delivery charge for the replacement will be covered by us.

We appreciate your understanding, as we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
