Care and Storage
- Do not drop.
- Lay it flat or store against a wall after use.
- Cover the surface when storing to avoid dust and dirt building up.
- Do not expose to harsh sunlight for long periods.
- Wipe with a damp cloth only - do not scrub or rub intensively.
- Covered with water-based matte polyurethane to prevent stains.
- Lift and move props instead of dragging on the surface.

Return Policy
- No payment refunds - replacements for damaged items instead
- Notify within 48 hours with clear photos of damage
- No returns for custom designs or customer change of mind
- All returns require tracking number for security
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
