About Our Backdrops

Care and Storage

  • Do not drop.
  • Lay it flat or store against a wall after use.
  • Cover the surface when storing to avoid dust and dirt building up.
  • Do not expose to harsh sunlight for long periods.
  • Wipe with a damp cloth only - do not scrub or rub intensively.
  • Covered with water-based matte polyurethane to prevent stains.
  • Lift and move props instead of dragging on the surface.

  • 6mm – 8mm premium quality

  • Vehicles must be three-wheelers or larger (no motorcycles)

Return Policy

  • No payment refunds - replacements for damaged items instead
  • Notify within 48 hours with clear photos of damage
  • No returns for custom designs or customer change of mind
  • All returns require tracking number for security
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
